About the flag
The Dannebrog is considered the oldest continuously used national flag. According to legend it fell from the sky during a Danish battle in Estonia in 1219.
How to spot it: White cross on red with the cross shifted toward the hoist (a Nordic cross); Switzerland’s is square with a short centred cross.
